About
About Project Rhodesia
Who we are, what we make, and how we approach a sensitive historical setting.
Project Rhodesia is a Roblox game-development and community project. Our primary game is Seek & Strike, set during the 1970s Rhodesian Bush War, and we hope to build more games and related projects over time.
The community includes players, developers, builders, artists, testers, moderators and people with a genuine interest in the history behind the setting.
Why this website exists
Our community has moved between chat platforms more than once, and each move cost us members and history. This website is meant to be our permanent home: a place for news, game information and, as it grows, our own forums, wiki and chat — run by the project, not by a third party.
Our approach to history
Seek & Strike uses real, sensitive historical subject matter. Project Rhodesia is a game and community project with an educational interest in the period. It does not endorse or promote racial supremacy, oppression, political violence or the policies of any historical government.
We aim to keep historical reference material neutral, sourced, and clearly separated from gameplay and fiction. Hate speech, extremist propaganda and recruitment have no place in our community — see the rules.
